Ghaziabad: RD Engineering College has announced that 11 third-year BTech students have secured job offers from NovoInvent Software Pvt. Ltd., according to an official press release issued by the institution. Each selected student has been offered an annual package of ₹6.5 lakh.
The college stated that the offers were extended after the students successfully completed internships following their sixth semester.
During the internship period, the company assessed the students' technical skills, performance, and overall suitability for full-time roles before issuing employment offers.
College officials described the achievement as a significant milestone, highlighting that students were able to secure job opportunities while still pursuing their undergraduate studies.
According to the press release, the outcome reflects the institution's continued focus on technical training, hands-on laboratory learning, and industry-oriented skill development.
The college said its placement cell regularly conducts interview preparation sessions, mentorship programs, and internship guidance to help students perform well during recruitment processes.
The institution also noted that faculty members and placement teams work closely with industry partners to provide students with early exposure to real-world projects and workplace expectations.
